Our fishing packages are designed to deliver you to pristine waterways and give you access to world-class fishing. You start your fishing days with an off-road adventure, driving to exceptional fishing spots such as the tributaries in Hunter and Dingle Burn valleys, Lake Hawea as well as The Clutha and Makarora River.

We offer both a four and two-day version of the fishing package and can further tailor to suit your timeframes and needs.

4 Day Fly Fishing Package

  • 6 day, 5 night package including accommodation at Glen Dene Base Camp, all meals and beverages and vehicle support.
  • 2 day drift boat fishing plus 2 days walk and wade river fishing, including vehicle support.
  • Exceptional scenery and opportunity to sight, stalk and cast for salmon, brown and rainbow trout.
  • Fishing licence included. Fishing gear can be hired.
  • Transfers to and from Queenstown airport.

2 Day Fly Fishing Package

  • 4 day, 3 night package including accommodation at Glen Dene Base Camp, all meals and beverages and vehicle support.
  • 1 day drift boat fishing plus 1 day walk and wade river fishing, including vehicle support.
  • All other inclusions the same as the 4 day package.

Add ons ($POA)

  • Overnight float fish: Soak up the beauty and richness of New Zealand’s night sky as you float some 40km of river over two days, 1 night. Note, this option is summer only.
  • Fly fishing with helicopter access: Get access to some of the most remote stretches of river anywhere in the South Island. Note, this option includes cray fishing as the season allows.
